Abstract

In September 2016 in Jawa Timur experienced inflation of 0.16 percent. Of the eight cities of the CPI in Jawa Timur, seven cities experienced inflation and deflation of the city. The highest inflation was in Jember by 0.22 percent, followed by the town of Kediri by 0.21 percent, 0.18 percent Surabaya, Malang by 0.17 percent, 0.16 percent Madiun, Sumenep by 0, 04 percent, and the lowest inflation was recorded at 0.02 percent Banyuwangi. While deflation occurred in the town of Probolinggo by 0.14 percent.
