Abstract

Foreign Tourist Visits (Tourists) coming to East Java through the Juanda entrance in June 2021 increased by 13.13 percent compared to the number of foreign tourists visiting in May 2021, from 160 visits to 181 visits.
The number of foreign tourists visiting in June 2021 increased by 86.60 percent compared to the number of foreign tourists in the same period in 202 which reached 97 visits.
During the January - June 2021 period, the most foreign tourists were Japanese nationals who reached 94 visits, followed by South Korean nationals who reached 53 visits and United States nationals who reached 47 visits.
The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in East Java in June 2021 reached 44.16 percent, an increase of 9.16 points compared to the previous month. The ROR for 2 (two) star hotels is 48.07 percent, which is the highest ROR for other star hotels.
Average Length of Stay of Foreign Guests (RLMT) at five-star hotels in June 2021 reached 3.03 or an increase of 0.95 points compared to May 2021 which reached 2.08 days. The overall RLMT in June 2021 was 1.49 days, an increase of 0.08 points compared to the RLMT in May 2021.
