Abstract

The total Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) in Surabaya City in February 2025 reached 50.61 percent. This figure increased by 2.04 points compared to the ROR in January 2025, which stood at 48.57 percent.
The Average Length of Stay (RLMT of guests in Surabaya City during January and February 2025 was recorded at 1.59 days and 1.54 days, respectively, which means that, on average, a hotel guest stays for 1 to 2 days.
